Good first apartment Office staff was amazing while explaining everything to me and the price we pay is amazing. Definitely a good starter apartment also its close to everything people complain about the area will if you don't bother people they won't bother you.
I love my new apartment Spacious, brand new carpet, nice area, close to the freeway, good neighbors.
Don’t Be Fooled Or Desperate Make sure you see your apartment before you sign. Poorly put together, paint and all. Maintenance are young people that have no experience. The office will act like they care until you pay all of your deposits! Ask if you will have to pay for carpet or they'll surprise you with yet another new charge. Appliances are absolute trash, dirty and don't work properly. There is incomplete work all around the apartment from baseboards not complete, holes not filled, and a smell that will not leave. It’s okay I’ve lived here since September 2021. There are a lot of issues but there are some good things too. The issues being; cockroaches everywhere and our apartment has been treated by a construction company 3 times now and all they do is put out traps and then pick them up and yes it’s a construction company, not an exterminator, a hole was drilled in my gas tank two months after we moved in and cornerstone did nothing because it didn’t happen to anyone else, there’s always broken glass all over the parking lot, the win... read more

Do not live here unless you have to This place is not great to live in. The only thing going for it is the cheap large apartment. Management is lack luster and not helpful. State of apartments are in disrepair with carpet coming up, paint on carpets, dings in walls, nails on the ground during move in, etc. This place is mismanaged and dont expect any help from management. Roaches I have been here less than a year and can’t wait to move. Roaches everywhere. They sent a guy with a bucket of dollar store roach traps that did nothing instead of calling a real exterminator. I had to spend my own money on roach killers to get somewhat of a decent roach free apartment. You cut I. BUGS BUGS BUGS Roaches and bed bugs everywhere. Constant battle the entire year I lived there. Had to stay until my lease was up. The bugs were more of a constant terror than the constant gunshots and people being murdered in the parking lot.

Lies! If there are ANY positive reviews within the last year. It’s a lie that someone in the office made up. People yelling all night. Water leaks in my unit from the person above. They have YET to fix. Going on for 3 months Never look here if you care for your sanity & safety
