Terrible I attempted to rent a place with them and a life situation came up and I was over capacity for the apartment type I wanted. I tried to get a refund and they were unwilling to assist. Awful treatment and terrible service. DON'T MOVE HERE!!!

Does not respect good tenants Three years I've lived in this apartment, through waves of neighbors getting evicted for various offenses including police incidents. I have always paid my rent, usually on the 31st or 1st of the month. This month I paid it on Saturday the 2nd, still a penalty-free day and the beginning of a holiday weekend. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I think I dodged a bullet with this one. I applied for this apartment and got approved. Everything seemed to be moving at a fast pace, which normally would be fine, but it caused some concern for me. Long story short, I paid a $49 deposit to hold the apartment; they gave me 72 hours to pay the rest of the deposit, which wouldn't have been a problem if I didn't work during the hours they were open. Don't move in !! Not a great job . Multiple problems with community laundry room. Mantnience is not avalible most times. Never pick up phone calls at front desk. I hate it.

Dont do it. You will regret it. The worst customer service ever. they do not care about the tenants. It will take forever for a maintenance request. If they don't like you they will call the police on you or they will just evict you. You will regret living there I promise.

Racoons!!!!! Don't move here they are nice and very helpful at first but once they receive your money it becomes another story. I have now been in my apartment for 1 month and have now noticed that I'm leaving with raccoons in the ATTIC and WALLS! When I contacted maintenance, they came out and put down a chemical saying it wouldn't like the smell and would go away. Please NO The price and the service at first glance is amazing. But the bottom line is the maintenance is more than awful. The leasing office is terrible with communication and hella turnover. And there is always a problem with your apartment they won't fix. My fridge. My plumbing in bathroom and kitchen. And my dishwasher. Save your time

DO NOT MOVE IN I wouldn't recommend nobody to move in this terrible place. They never answer the phone and never fix anything if they do they take FOREVER just poor service !!

DONT DO IT!!!!! i sign a one year lease and i only lasted 3 months. The maintance sucked. the apartment was horrible. the carpet was always wet in my living room and it started to smell like mold. cabents were falling apart. the stink bug didnt bother me too much. but i draw the line with ROACHES. i would recommend these apartment to anyone.
