Me and kids very safe! The apartment was clean when I move in. and I feel very safe and the people in the office was nice to me.

Good first apartment Office staff was amazing while explaining everything to me and the price we pay is amazing. Definitely a good starter apartment also its close to everything people complain about the area will if you don't bother people they won't bother you.

Please Read Before Considering Renting Roaches, dismissive and incompetent staff, and shady behavior. Very unfortunate that I have to write a review like this, but Cornerstone Crossing should be avoided if you are looking to rent. After just a little over a year of tenancy, I experienced a lot of issues with the rental itself and the problematic staff in the leasing office. Don’t Be Fooled Or Desperate Make sure you see your apartment before you sign. Poorly put together, paint and all. Maintenance are young people that have no experience. The office will act like they care until you pay all of your deposits! Ask if you will have to pay for carpet or they'll surprise you with yet another new charge. Appliances are absolute trash, dirty and don't work properly. There is incomplete work all around the apartment from baseboards not complete, holes not filled, and a smell that will not leave. It’s okay I’ve lived here since September 2021. There are a lot of issues but there are some good things too. The issues being; cockroaches everywhere and our apartment has been treated by a construction company 3 times now and all they do is put out traps and then pick them up and yes it’s a construction company, not an exterminator, a hole was drilled in my gas tank two months after we moved in and cornerstone did nothing because it didn’t happen to anyone else, there’s always broken glass all over the parking lot, the win... read more
