Cornerstone crossing This apartment was my first apartment and they were taking advantage of me due to me being a young female on my own . Long story short I had a flood in my apartment that eventually spreaded throughly from my patio to my living room to my dinning area to a little bit of my bed room . Apt review They ALWAYS take FOREVER to fix anything and everything. I stayed with my aunt for about 9 months and the basement flooded ALL the time when it rained. I WOULDN'T recommend ANYONE rent from them.
swimming pools and tennis courts hahahahahah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i saw on website it had tennis court and pool i signed lease and after winter i was adv that pool has been closed for past two years and hasnt gotten issues fixed and tennis courts run downed cant play tennis either
Don't rent from here Don't rent apartment from here. There office workers have stolen months rent they refuse rent to. All the apartment are junk. It's s takes days to get ahold of anyone in the office or maintenance. Save your money find something else.
This Place Sucks DONT MOVE HERE. The staff is rude, they don't ever take care of damages or issues, no matter how many times you contact them. They try to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. They don't care about you, they only care about making themselves money. Everything in the apartment is cheap. It looks nice, but after about a week of living there, everything starts to fall apart. Poor management/ poor maintenance The management team have very little/poor management skills. the maintenance never show up to fix anything until you have put in a work at least three/3 times and they don't fix it properly and not only that I moved out the last day of May 2014 and I have yet to see a my deposit check. they have been giving me the run around. They said at least 30 day and I will my get security deposit but now it's August I have been waiting over 2 months and I'm very upset. They wont give me any information... read more
Don't move here I know the rent is cheap but remember you get what you pay for! Not only are the apartments not kept up. The staff in the office are not professional and treat everyone the same like everyone is low class . Office staff needs to take a class on customer service and follow up skills. Management needs to take ownership on what their staff members are telling their customers. Pick another apartment complex I lived at Cornerstone for one year. The apartment itself is cheap and in a decent location. My overall experience was horrible. I lived on the second level, and could hear every noise that occurred in the upstairs apartment, to the extent of every footstep. I spent many nights awake from the noise, as it seems our neighbors never slept. The neighbor next to us had people knocking and pounding on his door at all hours of the night. I am glad to be moving on I have lived here over 5 Years , lived here when it was originally Woodcrest, management was very courteous and dressed professional in proper attire. It's totally different since it has been Cornerstone Crossing, not much communication unless you are looking for an apartment to rent. Already living here you are like a number, you're known by your address. Certain apartments/townhomes have been neglected.
