I called Revamped Security after reading the reviews and was not disappointed! I talked with Austin for about 30 minutes while he built a custom automation and video package for our new home. It was a better price than I expected for a thermostat, door lock, and 2 outdoor cameras. Jeff came out the next morning for the installation and did a great job! Like many others I can attest to the great service. You won't be disappointed!

We purchased our first home and knew nothing about alarm systems. After reading many positive reviews and comparing to other companies, we decided to go with Revamped Security/ADT and have not regretted the choice. I hope we never have to put the system to work keeping our home safe, but the set-up was easy, the price is hard to beat compared to ADT and I am a satisfied customer!

I had shopped around for a security system with cameras for months and talked with 3 other companies before calling Revamped. The phone call with Casey was very sincere which is why I agreed to have a home analysis. Jeff came out the next day and was very patient while explaining how the different packages worked. He also installed that same day. Nothing but good things to say about them

I'm very happy with Revamped Security. Their prices for both equipment and monthly monitoring were far lower than those offered by any other company in Dallas with positive reviews. We had never used the old DSC system since buying our house, and the system was 13 years old, so the hardware needed to be completely replaced (Including the motherboard and adding a GSM. Revamped Security provided all of this at no charge (And included a new touch screen keypad!)
The only required charges were exactly what I was quoted on the phone and we opted for the ADT Pulse system that allows us to control and monitor our system from our phones. This method has a slightly higher monthly charge, but it has been well worth it and most of all it gives us no excuses to not use the system. The best part is the "auto arm/disarm" feature. The system arms every night at 10PM and disarms at 5AM (or whatever you choose).. So awesome!
The technician, Jeff H********, was very courteous and professional. He called us when he was on his way for the installation appointment and even arrived 10 minutes early. He took the time to explain different security coverage options and definitely did not try to sell us options we didn't need or want. I didn't know alarms could do this, but Jeff even included a "hostage code" which is like a silent alarm at a bank. You enter that code and the system will appear to disarm, when it really sends a police panic to ADT. He completed the basic installation very quickly, spent a lot of time teaching us everything, and even carried a portable vacuum to clean up. That was such a nice touch, and if nothing else I'd recommend them just for that.
Within the first month of having a functional security system, I inadvertently triggered an alarm late one night. Within a few seconds of turning off the siren, I got a call from ADT asking for my abort code to verify they did not need to dispatch the police. I also received an immediate text message alerting me of a possible emergency and which zone caused the alarm. So, now I have verified the reliability of the hardware, software, and the monitoring service. Can't ask for more.

I heard about this company through my neighbor that got installed about 6 months ago. I talked to KC and he was very efficient during out conversation understanding what our needs were. Jeff came to install the next day and did a full walk through of the home before continuing. His expertise on security and automation was outstanding - When you call this company be sure to ask for him to install it. The guys I dealt with were very transparent and trustworthy.

Revamped Security did a great job at installing my home security system. The consultant on the phone and technician that installed it were both wonderful and my wife feels much safer in our new house. Highly recommended!

Revamped Home Security / ADT has treated me perfectly. My realtor referred me to them when I purchased a new home and I talked to ****** (I think the owner) who was very nice and you could tell he definitely cared about protecting my new home. Installation was smooth and the technician arrived 10 minutes early! Don't hesitate giving this company a chance.
