I was in the process of purchasing a home that will be operated as an AirBnB. Knowing how frugal (cheap) I am, I was shopping on Facebook Neighborhood Market for household furnishings & came across an ADT home security system ad. I believe in investing in quality products & services & won't spend a dime on anything less. I already planned to have a system installed, but there are so many choices available. Fantastic company. Fast, efficient, and exactly what I wanted.
Poor services, Thaddeus was rude, he upgraded without informing and without authorization. Harry and Cody have been useless. Attempted to cancel, they never got back to me until I kept bugging them after 2 weeks. Then was told I can’t cancel. I still never signed a contract with them authorizing their service and products. Horrible and I do not recommend. I still want all products and services canceled. I want nothing to do with revamped and ADT will start losing customers using revamped as certified dealer.
False information was told I would receive key fob didn’t happen was told had to purchase that’s not what was explained to me
Scam!!! Go through ADT directly. This company manipulates and has an outrageous cancellation fee. They won't allow me to cancel even though my service was never completed nor did I begin service. They installed some of the equipment but never finished because I couldn't afford WIFI. Dealers contracts are scams and make you jump through hoops to do anything. ADT Customer Service cannot help with dealers contracts. DON'T DO IT!!!
