Install America did an excellent job replacing my windows. The were courteous, timely, and very professional in their work. The windows are beautiful! I will definitely recommend them to friends and family!

The crew didn't do the greatest job in the world and argued with us when we tried to make recommendations. The window quality was pretty good overall, but we had to have an entire window replaced because the whole frame was significantly bowed. The job was estimated by the salesperson Jim Siracuse to be only one day in length, and instead took two full days. We were expecting a call about getting the bowed window replaced, and we were told we'd receive a call in mid-July. It's close to August and we still haven't heard back ... read more
The installation was quick and efficient. I would have liked if the workmen had cleaned the windows before leaving.

Install America replaced our windows, 13 total excluding our bay window which was also done. Job was done in less than 2 days. I felt bad for the installers because we were in the middle of a heat wave with temps over 100 including the heat index. My husband and I love the new windows and the capping that was done around each window ? superb!
Salesman was customer focused and worked with our needs and pricing. The warranty is out of this world. Installers were curteous and cleaned up after themselves and did a fantastic job. We will be calling them back for the rest of the windows we need.
