We had an inital problem is contacting this contractor. The salesperson who was supposed to come out had a family emergency so they sent out a management type. We did not take the offer right then but when we wanted to take it we could not get hold of him. We had nothing in writing. Several months later we had another sales person come and they agreed to abide by the first quoted amount, which was very generous. We are very happy with the results; they did an excellent and professional job.
We can't say enough good things about our experience with Install America. We are in our mid-50's; over the past 20 years, we've re-placed almost everything in our 60 year old home. We consider ourselves to be fairly knowledgeable and fairly picky too. We interviewed 5 companies for the job of replacing all 20 windows in our house. Install America was not the least expensive, but the quality of the windows+warranty are excellent! Fast work, very responsive to my comments. I've already hired them for a 2nd project. I would recommend them to anyone looking for siding, windows or roofing.

Rating Install America is difficult, because they did some things very well and others very poorly. So, I hope you will consider the good and bad points rather than just looking at the rating. First, their salesman was excellent for the most part. He demonstrated the benefits of their windows in a realistic way and covered everything exceptionally well. The one point I did not care for was that he told me that Install America is the ?installation arm? of the window fabrication firm. This is not true! They are a preferred ins... read more
We have not had our windows installed yet. They will be installed sometime in the February. So far though, we have been very happy with the quality service.
