they did a WONDERFUl job installing our windows. They were quick, efficient, and VERY thorough. Unwilling to leave the job in a state not satisfactory to the installer, let alone to customer. We are EXTREMELY pleased with our windows.
The owner Tom was fantastic about having the job done right! He also did some extra work that was not in the contract to ensure my happiness.

I WISH THEY WOULD HAVE GIVEN ME THEIR BEST PRICE FIRST INSTEAD OF PLAYING THE CAR SALESMAN DEAL I.E. THEY STARTED WITH AN UNBELIEVABLY HIGH PRICE AND AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS TO THE boss THE PRICE WAS LOWERED AND THEN LOWERED AGAIN UNTIL IT WAS AT A FAIR PRICE AND A GOOD VALUE.THEY ALSO WERE ABOUT TWO WEEKS GETTING TO MY HOUSE TO MEASURE FOR THE WINDOWS AFTER THEY HAD TOLD ME THEY WOULD BE ABOUT 4 OR FIVE DAYS,THUS SETTING THE PROJECT BEHIND SCHEDULE.
