The Sales rep was very knowledgeable with his product, understood what we wanted and was able to give us a very good product at a fair price. The installers were very professional and explained everything they were doing. Overall I was very happy with Ray who did a wonderful job installing the siding and his supervisor John. Both did an excellent job. Jim, the salesman who signed us up for the contract was knowlegdeable about his products. He said there was a transferable lifetime warranty on the siding that any future owner could sign and return to the company and they would have the same coverage as the original purchaser, however he didn't have a copy to leave with me but I would get one from the company.
