i told the sales man i needed it as soon as i was ready,my home was put in,he said it would be. it was a week and a half till it was put in. i told the salesmanit should be one step down from the door, its 3 inches. when the lumber was delivered he put the ready mix concrete bags on my newly seeded lawn,i called them about it and they said someone would be there to move them, noone came for 4 days. i'm VERY unhappy with them
We haven't had the windows installed yet, but we are very impressed with Tom and Rich. They were very straight-forward and to the point, which we greatly appreciated after a two hour presentaion from other companies. They also included things, such as capping and replacing rotted wood in the sashes, that other companies were going to charge us extra for. Our advice-don't be taken in by other companies big presentations and demonstrations or it will cost you about $10,000 extra in the end. We would HIGHLY reccomend this compa... read more
