some installation problems, but they were all solved eventually - just took the right person coming out to see the problem. the windows are nice and the heat mirror does the job that's it's meant to do - keep the heat of the sun out of the house. hope to see some energy savings in the next year.
Purchased replacement windows & had them installed at my house. Workmanship & quality of material was good & competitively priced. The only disappointment was that during the replacement phase, it was an extremely cold day and the installers had two separate windows removed for some period of time that certainly cost me in lost heating dollars.
