Overall I was very happy with Ray who did a wonderful job installing the siding and his supervisor John. Both did an excellent job. Jim, the salesman who signed us up for the contract was knowlegdeable about his products. He said there was a transferable lifetime warranty on the siding that any future owner could sign and return to the company and they would have the same coverage as the original purchaser, however he didn't have a copy to leave with me but I would get one from the company. some installation problems, but they were all solved eventually - just took the right person coming out to see the problem. the windows are nice and the heat mirror does the job that's it's meant to do - keep the heat of the sun out of the house. hope to see some energy savings in the next year.

Purchased replacement windows & had them installed at my house. Workmanship & quality of material was good & competitively priced. The only disappointment was that during the replacement phase, it was an extremely cold day and the installers had two separate windows removed for some period of time that certainly cost me in lost heating dollars. I don't think that was necessary or considerate of me, the customer/homeowner. Overall, though, I was very pleased with the project. It will take a year to determine to what extent I ... read more
