This company really cares about its customers. They showed us the alternatives and gave us a fair price to do the work. I would recommend them to all.
Install America was the only one who I would choose. Financing did not come through however, I would highly recommend this company over the other two.
Tom at Install America was on time for our inital appointment and has been courtious and informitave. The work has not been started at this time. I have one unanswered message thus far I hope it is not a trend. I will update this when the work is done.

THe Heat Mirror windows are excellent I would recommend them to everyone for energy efficiency. Window quality is also excellent. Make sure they use drop cloths as they are not the best cleaners. Not much communication waiting for the installation.

The timeliness was a problem. I suggested that the job Should have been stopped the first as the installers were not doing a professional job. The next day when Tom McMillan around noon he stopped the job. They then had to redo what was already completed. This added to another delay. All in all I'm am satisfied with the overall job and what it cost me. However I'm not sure if I would recommend them to my friends in the future.
