Get directionsMinor issues were that they tried to feed a ham sandwich to my Jewish mother and did not know that pork and ham are the same thing. Also we were billed for medication that we specifically told them her insurance would not cover. Minimal activities were provided based on the condition that my mom was in. Everything else was very good.

Definitely looks like they are taking good care of my love done. She's always clean and seems to be doing well. I would definitely recommend to others. I've visited many facilities over the past year and a half, and Pacifica is leaps and bounds better than any I have seen.

We picked this community because, it met my loved ones needs, it was a smaller community and had smaller cottages. It was much more reasonably priced than other places.

They're very nice, and approachable. They were very helpful, after a month or two, and that kind of falls off. When I first got my loved one there, there was a lot of posting on Facebook to help you keep up with things. The last two or three weeks they've been on COVID-19 lockdown. I do believe that my loved one, has settled in there pretty well. I wish that some of the activities, that they were doing early on were still available or that they would keep us up-to-date on some of the activities on the Facebook like they used... read more

The place is ok clean. I LOVE the idea that they can go in and outside as they please. I don't like that care is so so, but most places are lacking staff right now. The price is good, but there is no stimulation or activities going on.

They're definitely very professional and very helpful. They'll hold your hand if you need it while going through this whole process. I think they have enough staff for the amount of residents they have. Communication between the community and our family has been good so far. They're going to include me on their weekly email that provides updates on resident and community events. Anytime I've called I've never had an issue getting any requests resolved.

They were unable to keep my loved one here and it was no fault of there own. I feel like they did everything that they could to try to care for my loved one. My loved one has some behavioral issues from time to time and it can make it hard but they kept him clean and did an amazing job. One of the workers there is hands on with every resident and knows them all by name.

We do hear a lot of complaints when it comes to the meals. They could also give the residents more things to do throughout the day there is a lot of boredom going on.
