I loved the layout of the cottages for the memory. But when we first walked into the administration office it was a bit old and somewhat dirty. I used the bathroom down the hallway and the bathroom had paper towels on the floor and the floor was dirty. Saw the cottages and the rooms were small and old looking. For a semi private room there was no wall or curtain between the two beds. No privacy. The staff was really nice.

On a recent visit to the facility to visit a friend, I found a friendly welcome, along with genuine care and attentiveness provided to their residents by a caring staff. I was extremely impressed with the attentiveness of the kitchen staff and the food is always very good. I sleep well at night knowing my friend is receiving top care and eating well!!!

First, I can’t say enough about A Place For Mom. They were kind, supportive, understanding, and caring. They helped me locate the perfect spot for both my parents to be together. Pacific senior living memory care is amazing. They have gone above and beyond for my parents and my brother and I. I am so glad to know my parents are safe and taken care of. For one of the most difficult decisions and times they made it much easier.

To be honest when me and my sibling started looking for somewhere for our mom I was very skeptical that we could find somewhere I would feel comfortable leaving mom. But after touring Pacifica with my family I started to warm up to the idea. The community felt like home. The cottage setup is definitely what sold me. I like that here my mom isn't just a number she is part of the family.

They have such friendly staff they are always so helpful. I love that when I come in they make me feel welcome the marketing director gave me an awesome tour of the community. This place feels like home and you can tell that the people that work here love their job.

I love that my mom always has something to do at Pacifica. She loves that there is live entertainment every Sunday. She loves going on the scenic drives and the outings her favorite is probably Lion Country Safari. And of course you can't forget Bingo!
