My mother in law was a resident at Pacifica Senior Living and she recently passed. Staff was so amazing making sure my mother in law had the best care. The staff was amazing, I can’t say enough about them. The staff, Med techs, Resident coordinator and Resident Nurse were always there to answer any questions. So thankful for [name removed] and [name removed] who are the finest of there staff. They are very professional, compassionate and always went above and beyond. Thanks again.

I have a great amount of reassurance that my loved one is being given the best care possible with her living at Pacifica Palm Springs. I have had to reach out to the MedTechs and Resident Care Director on numerous occasions. They always handle my concerns with professionalism and a sense of urgency. I don't see us ever going anywhere else!

What a beautiful facility, clean and well kept inside and out. My boyfriend and I live in Seattle Washington and visited the facility in November 2018. My boyfriend [Name removed], hosted a music hour for the residents. I found it wonderful that the staff (especially [Name removed]) requested we play music to bring joy to the residents who sand along, tapped their toes and engaged during the hour session. Staff at Pacifica is great. We have had a wonderful experience with: [Name removed] (Resident Care Coordinator). She is quick, fast and always takes my calls and answers me back in a timely fashion. Always updating me on changes of any of my patients/clients. Great communication skills, great attitude, great one on one, etc...
