We chose Pacifica Senior Living Palm Springs because we felt she would get more 1 on 1 care here and we were happy with how the facility was handling covid at the time. The room sizes here are smaller, but adequate for what she needed. We really liked the outside areas, the grounds are just beautiful and for visiting it was very nice. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

my experience with this community was very good. Communication could have been better. I felt like i should have been more informed and it was hard to get calls back after we left the community. I would recommend this community to anyone needing senior living

Everyone seems very helpful and friendly. There is a positive atmosphere and layouts with the staff. The hardened paths are very intuitive and will be used by our mother.

The meals were not that great, and due to covid there was no activities that were offered which we do not blame them at all for that. Our loved one did have one of the biggest rooms there which was nice, however the staff was fairly short handed. There was about five or six bungalows each holding about 12 residents. There was only one main nurse and a floater that would go around those bungalows assisting those who need help. Sometimes you would have to wait for help to come. In addition to being our bus driver, and transportation director, there is almost nothing [name removed] won't do to make sure all our residents have whatever they need to feel comfortable and safe during this time of pandemia virus.
