We love Pacifica Palm Springs--the staff goes above and beyond for their residents. The grounds are beautiful and the cottages are homey. They have a hard job but make it look easy. They've always been there when we need them and they really do care. Highly recommend their facility.

I toured the community recently and even though I went in just to get a feel of the place, the Sales Director and Executive Director really made me feel welcomed. Absolute gems! This tour completely changed my mind about Senior Living communities and can confidently recommend this place to anyone. To be in this position is tough enough, but I trust my mom would be happy and feel safe and secure here!

care staff very responsive and friendly. good menus, therapy services (not in house, but from outside agency. have access to facility and staff. good overall team approach.

I would recommend this community to you or your loved one. It is 100 percent better than the place that she was in. Its almost like a night and day difference but it is very nice and worth it for my loved one. We are happy that she is here now. The staff were very open to answering questions about how my loved one is doing and very friendly.

Very happy with the love & care my friend received while his time was spent at Pacifica. The sales gal made the transition very smoothly and the care staff was exceptional as my friend decided to spend the last month of his life under their care.

Such a unique property. Very different from the typical "mansion" style assisted and memory care facilities. All staff was really friendly and inviting
