We have been blessed to find [name removed] and the rest of the wonderful staff here in Palm Springs at Pacifica Senior Living. We love our Aunt and want to have the best for her, and she tells us daily she feels at home which is exactly what we want as well. Keep up the good work you do here and may God touch those who reach out to help others. She is loving it and they are doing an amazing job at keeping her active even during this time of self isolation. We couldn’t be happier ??

This is a shout out - Thank you to all of the caregivers including the whole management team, med techs, executive director, gardeners and more. I want you all to know how much I appreciate your sacrifice of time, family and well being to take care of me. I feel quite safe and secure here, not having to deal with the outside.

Witnessed great improvements in physical facility, staff, sales, and mgmt have turned it around!! Food qualities has improved greatly and activities offer so much more to residents. Reaching out to demographics of city has helped incrementally too. Congrats on updating the ship!!

Pacifica Senior Living in Palm Springs is one of the best communities in the area. As soon as you walk into the doors your transported into a cute cozy community. Thank you to the girls at the front desk who are always so welcoming and playful. I happened to stop by on pet therapy day and met the cutest toy poodle named TEDDY I was greeted by several residents who were all enjoying their morning coffee and newspaper. During my recent illness, I received some very outstanding compassionate care. I felt that this completely aligned with Pacifia's mission as stated in the Pacifica Tidings. I want to commend the following personnel: [names removed]. A big thank you to Doctor [name removed] and his nurse who took great care of me enabling me to remain here in my room in Aspen Cottage. I was given the best care and treatment right here without having to be hospitalized!

Pacifica Senior Living: Sitting around after meals sharing stories and good humor. Gathering in the Gazebo to socialize with other residents. Enjoying drinks and snacks in the community center after a speaker, Yoga, or board games. Climbing on the Pacifica bus to tour Palm Springs, go shopping, or where you want to go.
