What a beautiful facility, clean and well kept inside and out. My boyfriend and I live in Seattle Washington and visited the facility in November 2018. I found it wonderful that the staff (especially [Name removed]) requested we play music to bring joy to the residents who sand along, tapped their toes and engaged during the hour session. Staff at Pacifica is great. We have had a wonderful experience with: [Name removed] (Resident Care Coordinator). She is quick, fast and always takes my calls and answers me back in a timely fashion. Always updating me on changes of any of my patients/clients. Great communication skills, great attitude, great one on one, etc...

I love the Memory Care units! The staff does an amazing job instilling a sense of independence in the residents. I bring my Therapy dog by on Thursdays. It is the highlight of my week seeing the great smiles that Teddy can put on everyone's faces!

I've lived in this community for over 4 years. Since Pacifica took over and hired a new chef, [name removed], the food has improved so much. Everything has flavor and is prepared so well. I look forward to each meal and love all the personal touches that [name removed] now does.

During [name removed]'s final days, the staff here and the Hospice care through Serenity were fantastic to me. I was very appreciative and thankful because I live in L.A. County. Thank you!
