Awesome Staff is very fast, Emilio Juarez has responded greatly to any concerns. I arrived at location and was created immediately. I waited in the lobby and the work was done
It was okay It was okay, kind of annoyed they couldn’t use the break pads I brought in from the auto part store but it is what it is. Overall they were good people, got what I needed to done and that was that.
Oil change I’ve been using this dealership for many years for my oil change. They never disappoint me. I stay in Lewisville and still go to them and not the dealership here.
Leave Things as You Found Them Twice in a row when I have taken my car here for an oil change and tire rotation, they have changes the setting on my headlights from Automatic to Manual. The first time, I ended up driving home that night with only my running lights on, not realizing that the setting had been changed. This time it only took me a couple of minutes to realize it. Ask For Jeffery! 1000/10 Jeffery was amazing and very helpful. He was able to help me and provide me with 4 brand new tires and was very professional. I had to get on the road for a road trip and he make sure I got in and out. Ask to speak to Jeffery !!! 1000/10
Awesome Service I went in for oil change. My advisor Jeff was awesome. He always makes sure my vehicle gets the service needed. He even fixed my non-service issue.
Oil Change was Pretty Quick Got a memorial weekend offer for oil change ($14.99), went in, realized I did not read the fine print and the offer is only valid on memorial day. Advisor offer to do it for $19.99. Overall service took about 30 minutes, plus the 10 minutes to get my vehicle checked in. It totalled about $25. Was asked to leave a review in exchange for this locked in oil change price. Overall decent service and the advisor was not pushy about getting other service done which is a plus.
Courtesy Nissian Gives Top Service Excellent customer service. I was giving superb customer service and was notified about the time my car would be ready. When my car was finished the salesman made let me know that was my car it was shining and looked brand new.
Awesome experience I had a wonderful experience at Courtesy Nissan in Richardson,Tx. Mauricio was an absolute pleasure to work with. He kept me updated throughout the day and helped me through the entire process of dropping of my car for repairs and calling the Lyft to take me work and pick me up to get my car once it was done. The entire process was painless and easy. Mauricio was delightful and personality plus with a great sense of humor.
