Great place to have service on your vehicle. Roger Davis in the service department is always very knowledgeable and updates you on the service being done to the vehicle. He has excellent customer service skills. Always great to have Roger take care of my vehicle.

Best Customer Service Ever! Mr. Jeff spoke to me with such dignity, I appreciate when people who are in a customer service position actually speak to you as if you are a human like them and are willing to help you to understand a process and give recommendations instead of speaking in a tone as if you're just the dumbest person on the plant (I've experienced this in life, not here). Courtesy Nissan rocks!! I have been a customer of Courtesy Nissan in Richardson Texas for over 10 years. I have pleased with car services and customer service. Please ask me why do you go to the dealership to get an oil change, it's cheaper to go to Jiffy Lube. I say I don't mine paying the extra money to have a peace of mine is priceless. Courtesy Nissan does that for me.
