First time to use this dealership service department, with a 10 year old Juke in need of repairs to axles and bushings and tie rod from 127K miles of use. Made a 7 am appointment and used their complimentary shuttle service to get to work. Turned in the car on a Thursday morning, but did not get it back until Tuesday, because they had trouble getting the parts they needed.
