I really enjoyed working with Joseph at courtesy Nissan. He kept me informed ever step of the way In regards to my vehicle repairers. I never felt forgot about or worried it wouldn’t get fixed. Joe was great at helping try to figure out why my phone and apple car play would not connect (it’s still not working correctly). My phone was updated and my car had recently had an update. Joe did everything he could to try and figure it out. He was very patient with me.
Joseph Adams was my service advisor and was such a pleasure to work with, I was so not wanting to go back to Courtesy for car service due to past customer service that was not up to par. Joseph made it totally different and worth the trip even though the news about my car was bad, I left totally blessed.
