simple oil change and car wash. The dealer called me to remind me the service was due, but I still had another 1k miles to go. But since I had a $19.99 synthetic oil change offer, I went ahead and did it. Next year it may be double that.
Scott provided great customer service. He knew that it would be a long wait and kept me updated as best as possible. Unfortunately, I don’t believe that the scheduling is done efficiently to where the wait times are shorter, but otherwise it was a good experience.

Mark was great help with financing our second vehicle with Courtesy. He’s always gone out of his way to make sure everything is to our satisfaction and beyond. He has great posture and smells nice.

Taylor was very helpful. He made the entire process stress free. The entire team was helpful. We left with the car we wanted and are extremely happy with it.
I really appreciate the oil change coupon. I bought my truck there. It's paid for now. I always get my service work done there even though I live by Forney. I hope the dealership sends more good coupons for me.
