Service appointment It’s so hard to find a place you can trust, especially when it comes to dealerships and their service repor department. I first went for an oil change and I liked their customer Service and how the rep comes and tells you what they are doing. They don’t force you into doing things, instead they take the time to explain the repair. Now I go back anytime I need a service. They give me time to think about things and come back if I need to.

Great service Melissa and the service tech did an amazing job of taking care of me and my car. She kept me posted on every step and miraculously the work was completed ahead of schedule.

Excellent Service Service was exceptional. Melissa, the Service Advisor, was polite, professional, and informative. Victor, the shuttle driver, helped me out with driving me to and from the dealership in torrential rain.

Over Priced This dealership's prices seem to be significantly higher than others in the DFW area....wondering if this was my experience because I'm a woman...I doubt I'll be returning which is sad as the area is convenient.
