I had a very positive experience at Cortesy Nissan . I took my 2015 Nissan Rogue for a recall. I called and talked to Scott Rupert to schedule the appointment. Scott was very pleasant over the phone. I arrived the same day and I was greated on the service drive by Mr. Manuel Deleon , the service director. Manuel was very cordial and friendly and then introduced me to Scott. Excellent service. We bought our Nissan last year and were looking for a good service dept. One of our priorities was finding a honest service dept that did not over charge and also did not try to sell us something we didnt need. So far we have been satisfied with this dealership.
