The work on the car was done, and the car runs well. The reason I can't recommend Courtesy Nissan is because there was so little customer focus. 1. I brought the car in on a very cold day and was not invited inside, but kept outside in the cold while the car was checked in. 2. The parts had to be ordered so it took 3 days to complete, but no loaner cars were available. I was told there was a 2 week wait for loaners. 3. I was quoted a price for the work, but when I picked up the car the price was higher by nearly $!00. 4. I w... read more

Good - I appreciated the car wash as I had brine on my vehicle. Service was a bit slow but because I had no reservation, and it was Saturday I understood.

The service and the service attendant was very nice, however the wait time was ridiculous. I came in for a oil change at 9:00am and didn't leave until 1:32pm.

I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. the work has always been done properly, and they make sure to leave the car clean. When possible, I get a free carwash.
