Excellent service. We bought our Nissan last year and were looking for a good service dept. One of our priorities was finding a honest service dept that did not over charge and also did not try to sell us something we didnt need. So far we have been satisfied with this dealership.

My experience with Courtesy Nissan was absolutely great. Shelton Isaac was extremely helpful and maintained constant communication with me which is a number one requirement in my book for good customer service. He discussed what was needed for my car and went over all the options for maintenance. I also found the online service to work really well this time which helped considering how bad the weather was. Thank you!!!
