They are easy and nice to deal with. I went for oil change and they we’re friendly and quick so it was a nice experience.
Simple oil change was slow, almost 2 hours, but the service advisor Nick was very courteous and helpful.
Courtesy Nissan full filled to my satisfaction the replacement of the head lamps on my Altima 2015 to comply with the recall. Service Advisor, Nicholas Martinez was courteous, professional and very understanding of customer needs.
The service manager, Kaelyn, is knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. Everything was completed as requested and on time. I highly recommend Courtesy Nissan and their service manager, Kaelyn!
