The service rep said they could not find the problem! I convinced him to let the technician ride with me to view the problem first hand. The technician rode with me in the car and after a few blocks realized there was a problem. They ordered the new steering column and installed it, it took a few days, but my noise problem is now gone.
What they do is excellent. The way they receive customers and the advice they give to customers is perfect.
The service department is great, efficient, and reasonably priced. Their Servic Advisors are friendly and helpful.
