Dishonest and Misleading. They will take your key and not give it back until you say please, then they act offended. I would not recommend anyone waste their time here. Find a reputable dealer.

"Dealership web advertised pricing fails to include..." Dealership web advertised pricing fails to include $2,393" Protection Package". I only discovered this, because I was using the Costco Auto Program. Not sure what the "Protection Package" protects other than the Dealer's bottom line.

We had service done on Sunday, a bolt was left off by a technician which resulted in some damage. "Customer Service" I purchased a car from Courtsey Nissan and 3 months later I still don't have plates, I called an spoke to Jose the finance director and just got the run around, I then ask to speak to the GM and he will not return my calls or speak to me. If you are looking for a new Nissan don't buy it here.
