Absolutely horrible experience that included manipulation and exaggeration on deal! Finance even tried to overcharge payments that would of totaled $10,000 extra in the time of loan

I was told Nissan would be notified of transaction. No draft for vehicle traded in but they did draft. Even I called Nissan, I was told they didn’t see a transaction or payoff. I was then told could take up to 6 weeks for sale to be noted. This means they might draft my account again for the month of November too.

Charged me $119 to diagnose a seat heater that was not working. Told me it would be $1700 to fix it when another mechanic fixed it at no charge because it was a simple fix.

The finance representative failed to disclose the total price for the optional Ally Auto Care program When he offered and explained benefits . The amount of monthly payments were the only price terms I was given when I asked several times to verify the full price of the program and was affirmed to think that the total cost of the Ally auto care was the same amount as the monthly payment. I have already requested cancellation

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Courtesy Nissan regarding the handling of my canceled service contracts. I submitted my cancellation request on August 15, 2025, but the dealership failed to process it until September 30, 2025—a full six weeks later. Even worse, the refund (around $5,000) was issued to the dealership, which has still not forwarded the funds to my lienholder, PNC Bank, as required. The dealership is only after the customer's money, not customer satisfaction, and they never honestly tell me about the car's problems. I have no satisfaction at all and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Owed car for 2 weeks and now it’s in the mechanic for an unknown specified amount of time over and issue they assured me was not a problem. Also have a second issue with the dealership no paying my trade in to the original loan provider. The pay off quote expired and my due date for the loan I have with my trade in vehicle is due. So I am still stuck with my old car payment for now at fault of the dealer ship.

Terrible experience, unorganized, mileage incorrect,never able to reach anyone. Credit Union had the same problem.
