I've been a client of Courtesy Nissan for many years, in it is the first time that I'm very disappointed, the service was incomplete, did not rotate the tires, the washing of the car was bad, the dashboard still show "oil and filter maintenance" and the person who attended me was kind of rude.

They felt really confused and al over the place. Couldn’t answer simple maintenance questions regarding their own product. I lost all trust in Nissan and want to sell my car really badly now. They even filled up my tiresnwith a lot of air, 40psi each which is much much higher than the recommended 33psi by Nissan

Had a 10am appointment to evaluate the main window switch in the driver door. The window would go down but was erratic and slow coming up. I turned my vehicle over to Scott and went to the waiting area. After a short while, I got a text stating that a number of services were recommended. I find this tactic to be very irritating. Not a word about the window switch but you found many other things to sell. I told Scott that all I wanted was to get the window fixed. The main complain I have is that I received a quote to execute a job (VTC flush) for 303 USD, then a week later I’ve got a coupon for 15% off. I went to the dealer to perform the job and I ended up paying 301 USD. So there were some fees added plus taxes that actually eat up the discount. I really dont like when things like this happened, I feel disrespected

Went to get my car service as the service light AND the wiper fluid lights were on. Once they gave the car back, lights were still on and was told they will go off. Only they didn’t and I found out the windshield wiper fluid was never refilled.

We did not deal with the Service Department, but did deal with the Sales Staff. Very high pressure and a lot of games with the pricing. Ultimately, they agreed to a price we were willing to pay, but it took us almost walking out before we got past the games. There was an advertised Certified Preowned vehicle on the website with a price listed of $31K. AFTER a $5,500.00 trade in, the price we were quoted was $32K. I do like my car. But I feel like I was pushed into a deal. I really didn’t want. They told me that your interest was over Monday, 30 June, and it is still active today, July 4th. I am a senior and needed more time to look at all the numbers and I wanted to go home and do so, but they kept pushing me, and I since I thought 0% was over that day, I went ahead and bought it. They should’ve told me it was gonna be extended.

i have 3 Nissan cars and i am with courtesy Nissan for 15years.recently i had an offer from courtesy that oil change,vacum,car wash and multi point inspection for $29.99.They did the oil change but not vaccum or car wash. i live in wylie and i drove 1 hour to reach show room. it was bad experience and was disappointed .my back door was not locking properly and ask them to fix it,they did not do that also.
