I purchased a used vehicle from them on June 29th. Part of that purchase agreement was to have a few service items addresed. I was told i would be contacted that following Monday for follow up. This never happened. I called/texted my sales rep multiple times that week and was constantly told service would call me soon. Eventually, my sales person told me i could schedule the follow I with service myself. I scheduled it for July 9th and explained to service exactly what needed done. An hour after dropping my car off and waiti... read more

Preying on stupid people is their business model. Bait and switch tactics. Advertised car on website and Carfax only to be told once there that their website had been hacked and that's why its 8k more in person. So many RED FLAGS!!!

Unfortunately, I have to give this dealership a one star at minimum. Wish there was a way to leave no stars. This dealership is TERRIBLE. Blaine and Curtis, the sales guys were really nice to work with. The issue is the degenerates sitting in the “bubble”. You know, the xxxxx (I swear, prison inmates are more honest than these guys) that the sales guys go to to get the numbers from. I noticed their website had Nissan Sentras for a certain low price. I looked for the “gimmick” warnings and the small print warning and couldn’t... read more

Reggie, you can speak to Marco, he has all the details and paperwork, since we were there for over 5 hours, that's unacceptable and ridiculous!! I had prepared paperwork with me to show the vehicles I wanted to see and ask questions about. I previously called and left a message the Director about 90 minutes before leaving my home in Forney, near Terrell. I found out by talking to the operator at Courtesy Nissan, you all do not have a Internet Sales Mgr. My voicemail was transferred to the dealership Director. I left a detail... read more

I was told by Nissan Comsumer relations that I am welcome to write a review, contact news, our Attorney General and FTC. I was told I would receive a phone call from Paul Spence 2 days ago with no response. They have our claim and claim number. I can't put complete complaint since it is too long. We purchased a brand new 2023 SL Rogue on December 18,2023. We have had problems before the purchase which I should have listened to my inner self. First, we test drove the Nissan Rogue and we smelled a horrible burning smell in the... read more

I was told by Nissan Comsumer relations that I am welcome to write a review. I was told I would receive a phone call from Paul Spence with no response yesterday. I can't put complete complaint since it is too long. We purchased a brand new 2023 SL Rogue on December 18,2023. We have had problems before the purchase which I should have listened to my inner self. First, we test drove the Nissan Rogue and we smelled a horrible burning smell in the vehicle and outside the vehicle. I was told by Fernando and Ali that it was normal... read more

Took my 1996 Pathfinder in for a 200K mile check-up. I take my car to Courtesy for service when I want the best. This time I got the worst. After having my car for a month, when I picked it up, ($5K) the engine light came on within a few miles. Took it back and left it for another month ($3K). Drove it another 50 mi., light came on again ($5.7K). Took it back again. Serviceman reported a leak in the radiator, but they gave me back the car anyway. Another $300. Drove it a 200 mi. Spent $2K replacing sensor and fuel lines Cour... read more

Courtesy Nissan's service dept was horrible and no veteran discount. AK wasn't professional and lacked management skills with my issues.

On December 1, 2023, I went to Courtesy Nissan in Richardson, Texas for a state inspection and to receive service for two recall items on my 2020 Nissan Sentra with only 8,000 miles. After waiting over two hours, I was informed that I had a nail in my tire on the outer sidewall that was not repairable. Surprise...Surprise. I had to pay $185.50 for a tire plus the state inspection fee. I paid nine times the amount for a state inspection. Total cost was $228.52. A SCAM...A SCAM. I drove over twenty miles to this dealership and... read more
