I had a 2:00 appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Normally this process takes between 60-90 minutes to complete. For some reason it took nearly two hours on this visit. I was not given any updates during this time, and had to check with my advisor to find out why it was taking so long. They did was the car afterwards, which is always a nice touch.

I was promptly greeted upon arriving at Courtesy Nissan. However, I waited about 20 minutes before someone came over who could actually help me get the process started. Once the car was turned over to the service folks, the work was done well and in a timely manner. Upon doing an inspection of my car, a couple of other minor things were discovered which were brought to my attention. After giving them permission to fix the problems, they quickly completed the work. Cashing out when I picked up my car was quick and easy.
