I am mostly impressed with the marketing representative who gave us the tour. She sat patiently with my daughter and me, listened to us, and responded with concern and efficiency. I admit some concern based on facility reviews and am feeling a little uncertain about the room that my husband would be placed in -- small, confining, not a good window. But I'm hopeful the food and amenities will be good for him, should he move there.

The staff persons were all friendly, answered my questions and pointed out particular aspects of this facility that might interest me, including the surrounding neighborhood. They were knowledgeable regarding the Medicaid insurance processes involved in moving from an independent situation to an assisted living facility.

This is a wonderful facility. I especially liked the garden area. They had large, spacious rooms, and every staff member we met was top notch!

The Courtyard was a clean, well-designed facility that offers comfortable, well lit rooms and an easily accessible landscaped courtyard for walking or sitting outside. The residents we saw appeared happy to be there and there were ongoing group activities in the memory care section. The room and care rates seemed reasonable and the tour provided us with answers to most of our questions. A follow-up call from the Courtyard staff answered the rest of our questions. Overall, we were quite pleased with this facility.

Was absolutely amazing, loved the layout and how it had the courtyard in the middle. Seemed clean when we were there. Everyone was friendly and answered our questions. So far I am happy with the quality of care my loved one is receiving . Helpful and friendly. Awesome for on site chef and so far haven't had any complaints from my loved one. I would like to see more available off site activities, I know the facility has a bus, I just don't think it's utilized much. The in site activities are great. [name removed] was very nice person and answered all my questions. The biggest room was too small for all of my mom's stuff. It's 5 miles from where my brother and I live. We're looking for something closer to our homes and a bigger room for her

Our tour was wonderful, the grounds, building and rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious. The director was very knowledgeable and very helpful, She walked us through the process and helped us make a choice that was very difficult very easy and comfortable. Our parents are moving in approximately 2 weeks from our tour.
