Was absolutely amazing, loved the layout and how it had the courtyard in the middle. Seemed clean when we were there. Everyone was friendly and answered our questions. So far I am happy with the quality of care my loved one is receiving . Helpful and friendly. Awesome for on site chef and so far haven't had any complaints from my loved one. I would like to see more available off site activities, I know the facility has a bus, I just don't think it's utilized much. The in site activities are great. [name removed] was very nice person and answered all my questions. The biggest room was too small for all of my mom's stuff. It's 5 miles from where my brother and I live. We're looking for something closer to our homes and a bigger room for her

Our tour was wonderful, the grounds, building and rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious. The director was very knowledgeable and very helpful, She walked us through the process and helped us make a choice that was very difficult very easy and comfortable. Our parents are moving in approximately 2 weeks from our tour.

My mother moved in to Courtyard Asst Living a month after my dad passed. She was nervous and unsure. But the staff and community welcomed her and foe the next 6 years they become family. They weren't just family foe mom but me as well.

The beautiful Courtyard in the center of this facility makes it feel much less institutional: flowers, vegetables, a pond & walkways The administration is excellent, but spread too thin. The staff changes pretty frequently, but all do a very nice, caring job.

We feel very fortunate to have our mom at Courtyard. The courtyard itself lends such a nice atmosphere. The residents have such a nice outdoor space. The houses are very homey and comfortable. We are most pleased about the staff. They truly care about the residents. We feel so much better knowing she is safe and cared for, which was no longer true at her own home. Not everything that is mentioned during the sales pitch is what happens. My Sister feels like it is hard for her to find someone when she needs them. Most of the staff is awesome. But I was treated rudely by one of the staff. They told us the residents would be having outings twice a month. She has been there for 2 months and has had only one outing.

Professional and friendly administrators, loving and caring staff, open areas available for fresh air. The set up of the houses around the courtyard, Music in the courtyard. The rooms are all close to the community area. It feels like a hotel when you walk in.

The staff at courtyard has been absolutely fantastic and helping us with the transition of my mother-in-law into their facility. Their communication, kindness and empathy has been very much appreciated and we look forward to moving in!
