Excellant Customer Service. Nice to talk to someone in the USA and get immediate attention. Also, he helped me find a replacement for a Full Mask that is being discontinued. They pay for the return of any item and replacement. Very happy with the old fashion customer service ethics. This is the only company I use for my CPAP needs.

Agnes was a great help to me. I called to see about compatibility and she ended ordering for me at a better price. I had many questions and she patiently answered all of them. CPAP.com has lots of choices and with Agnes to help you out, I’m sure you’ll find what you need. They also have exchange insurance, so if you need something different you have that option.

Overall positive impression, however, when I tried to return a wrong order that was placed as recommended by one of CPAP reps, there were some issues. They provided return label and offered to schedule a pick up from my home. I tried twice, both times the scheduled pick up was cancelled. CPAP.com didn't have real explanation for it and offered to schedule a third pick up. I declined and dropped it off at a local USPS location after enduring long holiday lines.

I ordered a travel machine in the past, but wanted one with a humidifier. I called for information regarding the differences in the machines. The woman that answered my questions was very knowledgeable and helpfully honest about the differences in the machines. Then I wanted to order liners because my masks loosen during the night. This company has excellent customer service, huge selection, reasonable prices and super friendly staff that will help you get what you need. I ordered a mask and didn’t like how it fit and they let me return it with no issues at all. I ordered another one and a new machine. I’m a very happy customer and highly recommend you give them a try.

I contacted cpap.com today after evaluating several suppliers for quality, price and reviews. I spoke with Heath and he was just great. Very helpful with my questions and quickly processed my order. It's so nice to not be on hold forever and to speak with a Representative who is friendly and very competent. A real pleasure.
