Autumn the customer rep listened to my issue then informed me about the item I ordered, and the return policy. She worked with to solve my issue and did a fantastic job. She was kind courteous and informational.

All good. Ordered Mirage Quattro Large full-face. Started with getting help with Chat person, "Zachary." Got all questions answered promptly, and he then handed my info off to sales person. She called promptly, and we proceeded to get the purchase done. Fair price and excellent service. Can't ask for anything more. I'll return to them for future supplies. Thank you.

It took awhile to get thru buy that was because of an explained backlog. They are in Texas during the power outage and snow storms, The lady who assisted me was patient and helpful, Answered all my questions and filled my order. And we had a nice moment of chit chat about how she was coping with the cold and power outage.
