I spoke with Catherine about an order I previously placed. I messed up and ordered the wrong part. She was extremely pleasant and took the time to make sure I understood the differences in what I ordered versus what I should have ordered. Very easy process. Great company! Staff were very knowledgeable and patient. I did not even know what machine I had and she helped me find it by walking me thru the pictures. Where else do you get service like that? Love these guys! :-)

The person taking your call is attentive and helpful. Prices are more than reasonable. Hailey is a life saver! Had not ordered from Cpap.com in quite a while, and was having serious problems updating my critical info. My order went thru without a hitch, but my new address was not saved on their system. Explained my situation to Hailey, and she was able to get it updated prior to filling the online order. The web discounts were so helpful since I have no insurance. The delivery time was amazingly fast! Thank you Cpap.com! I Will be back!
