I was quite upset to find out that item I ordered was a back order without ETA when I had to call the customer service. I was about to cancel the order but Crystal was so helpful and worked with me to resolve the issue. I could give her 5 stars but I had to settle with 4 stars since the website did not tell me the item would be backordered when I initially placed the order.

I called customer service because my CPAP machine that I had just ordered was missing its data card. Without hesitation the representative volunteered to send me one free of charge. Outstanding service for sure!

I have used the site to order supplies online and have found it to be easy to use and reasonable delivery time. This time I wanted to buy a new machine for travel and called to to talk with a representative. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me determine that my original prescription was good for this purchase and told me how to get it to them. Everything worked smoothly and I love my new ResMed Airmini.

Their customer service representative who helped me, Agnes, was very helpful. Ordering from cpap is very convenient and prices are very competitive. Speedy delivery. You do have to file the insurance claim yourself. They have a printable universal claim form you can use.

CPAP.COM is the best source for cpap related supplies if you don’t have insurance. The prices are great and you can return a mask for free if you don’t like it. The staff bends over backwards to make sure you get exactly what you want. I can’t say enough about this company. I have bought supplies from them for at least 6 years without a single problem. The best of the best in the cpap world.

I do not have insurance that pays for CPAP supplies, so I have used my gear far longer than I should have and only when absolutely necessary, I bought items off eBay as cheap as I could.
