Just received the machine yesterday and this is the first time using it. It was easy to set up and start sanitizing the CPAP tube, water chamber, and mask. Can’t tell you much more. I did call the company about activating my warranty, and the lady was super pleasant, knowledgeable, and wanted to make sure I was happy and satisfied with her help and the machine. Thank you Sleep8.

Wonderful, fast service. Order shipped the same day, and we received it in a timely fashion. Customer service was fast, friendly and helpful! Less than 30 second hold time and my questions got answers!! Great job!

Five stars are not enough! I called today as I was in need of a new CPAP full face mask. If you wear one you know that it is not just the mask that has to fit by the head gear as well. My hair is taking a beating! My wife is a hair dresser and can't do a thing with it. Well, I talked with Carol who was so very helpful. Carol's patience in explaining the various types available and knowledge of not only the mask and head gear but what was best for what I explained was my problem. It all made for a great day and easy purchase.... read more

CPAP.com has fantastic customer service and incredible deals. I was pretty sure I'd need a CPAP and wanted to take advantage of their Labor Day sale, but I hadn't had my sleep study performed yet. They allowed me to order during the sale, and they held my order until after I had my study performed over a month later. I also had several updates made to my order once I found out which type of mask I needed. They accommodated all of them quickly and were so pleasant to work with. I will absolutely buy from them again.
