Every time I’ve had the need to call CPAP.com, I’ve always been very pleased with their caring attitude and customer service. Today was no exception. Heath helped me today with finding the supplies I needed to reorder, as well as suggesting a new style of mask to try because I had a few issues with an older style I’ve been accustomed to using over the years. My experience with cpap.com today was far above average. Being able to actually talk to someone as opposed to having to do everything on a computer made a huge positive difference to me. I have been dealing with CPAP.com for almost 7 years now. They are excellent in customer service, product offered and availability, pricing and timing of product and customer communication. In essence, I do not plan on using any other firm for my CPAP needs even though I have insurance that would cover it. It is a right on time dedicated company even more so during the covid-19 pandemic. Thank you to them all.
