Went there knowing nothing about this type of equipment. Everyone here extremely helpful and patient. Awesome experience. Had to call back with a follow-up question and Heath was able to talk me through the problem over the phone and avoid me having to make the 30 minute drive to their store front. I have had three interactions with CPAP.com and all three have been excellent. The people I have spoken with know what they are talking about and make recommendations based on what I need and not to push or upsell. When I was having trouble with a setting, the agent (Heath) listened to what I was saying even though he probably hears this question all the time. His calm response and immediate answers were very comforting. Very easy company to work with.
