Meagan, was extremely helpful this morning she answered a whole bunch of questions and when I just thought she was going to trip she immediately provided me with the phone number of the manufacturer of the sanitizing machine I was inquiring about. What an awesome company! Placing the order and getting a great price was very easy. After putting my order in my cart on Sunday, I waited until Monday, since they were closed on Sunday, to get a question answered. Once I got the answer, I placed the order. I couldn't believe the the sale had ended on Sunday. I called Nneka and she was able to get the price I thought I would get. Her and the other rep who answered my questions were both very friendly and helpful. I will be using CPAP.com in the future for my CPAP needs.

I am new to this CPAP (yesterday was 1st day) usage. All staff has been easy to work with and quick which is nice since I deal with during work today. Heath was very helpful on an exchange I needed to make and answered all of my questions.

I hesitated for 6+ mos after being diagnosed with OSA to get a CPAP Machine. Mostly because of cost and lack of help from insurance. But also because other local med supply places didn’t make the experience any less daunting. When I finally had no other alternative, I was told to checkout online supply companies. Who would have thought ordering a CPAP and supplies could be so easy. I called customer service to make sure that I understood how to send the Rx in but as it turned out it was as easy as taking a pic of the Rx and uploading it during the order process. The CPAP and supplies arrived the next day and the shipping was free. This was a great experience!
