The agent was knowledgeable about her products; and even answered a question I had about a clip that I never knew where it went. She was efficient and very helpful especially since I couldn’t put a name to the part I needed, I had to describe the function. Great experience; I wouldn’t hesitate to call again.

CPAP.com is doing in 24 hours what the provider suggested by my doctors provider is taking over two weeks and four phone calls to still not have a machine. I am a first time user of cpap therapy so I have very little knowledge. Pleasant experience ordering and great suggestions from Zach.

Approximately 5 years ago I started going to CPAP.com for my supply needs as well as machine replacements. Originally I had gone through my doctor's office for CPAP machines, filters, and other supplies. This became tiresome and cumbersome because it seemed that anytime I needed something it always took 2-3 weeks to get their tech to call me back. I talked to Nneka to see if a Mothers Day deal could be used after I'd already placed my order. I know it's probably company policy to give discounts within a certain time of an order, but still...Nneka was very helpful and prompt...CPAP .com does a great job of low prices, shipping and customer service...so happy I found them

Customer service is always great. Have had issues with masks and was always able to return them for a refund or exchange. The only thing that was an issue was buying a Cpap pillow. It is horrible - but because it is a pillow they do not allow you to return it. So I'm stuck with a $55.00 pillow that I cant use except maybe as a knee pillow. Very good company
