I’ve appreciated how easy it is to share a CPAP prescription with CPAP.com, and order conveniently. Their customer-service team is top-notch. Although they don’t bill insurance, the convenience and speed of processing my order is completely worth paying out of pocket. I got a new machine, mask, headgear, tubing, filters, etc. it arrived within 1 business day! I have been a CPAP user for years, but usually did my business through a home medical equipment company (which took much more time regardless of which company I used). ... read more

I believe the customer service person was Alexis it was a little noisey in the background but the service was great looking forward to doing more business with this business.

This was my first encounter with this business. I found them to be very pleasant and helpful dealing with my needs. I was very pleased. It was a very positive experience and would not mind coming to them for my CPAP needs.

Had a hiccup with my card when I attempted to order online. I went ahead and called CPAP.com. once I explained my situation the representative immediately started taking care of the issue. She was very professional, courteous, and polite. Corrected my issue in less than 5 minutes.
