I had an issue for an on-line purchase, where I thought I added a discount for a mask. It turns out it didn't get added. I used their on-line chat, and talked with Crystal, who very promptly confirmed my order and refunded me the discount money. Great service and prompt shipping always.

I talked with Crystal on Saturday morning about returning a CPAP nasal pillow mask that did not work for me. I only had the mask for 1 week so was hoping it could be returned. I explained to her why it didn't work for me, and she refunded the amount to me without delay or hassle. Due to COVID, I was told not to return the mask and to dispose of it. I was very appreciative of the excellent service I received from Crystal! I have been a customer at CPAP.com for years and will continue to give them my business!
