Rapidly found that an item I'd ordered which had stopped functioning properly was still under warranty. They shipped the new item same day for only the cost of shipping because I needed to receive it as quickly as possible. This was only my second experience with the company and it went as well as my initial experience where the order process and help was equally as easy and friendly.
