I ordered twice.. 2 CPAP machines.. both customer representatives were very knowledgeable and wanting to help the best they can and made my experience very pleasant.. they did their best to get the best discount and price.. I definitely recommend and will keep to use this company CPAP.com.. they need to keep the good work for current and future customers

I am so overjoyed to have received the humidifier for my cpap machine. It has been a nightmare trying to contact Philips - after many e-mails back and forth the decision was that the humidifier was defective but could not furnish another because of the recall, or so I thought, until I received my replacement Philips cpap and no humidifier was included. I needed help with selecting batteries as a back--up power source at home and to be used while camping or traveling.
