I visited the website first and the chat box popped up right away. I chatted with Chad, told him what I was interested in and he had someone call me (so sorry, can't remember her name!) she was very polite, helpful and sweet, she helped me out with my order. Very happy with my transaction with them today. Will continue to do business with them in the future!

Ashley at CPAP.COM was very helpful in ordering a new APAP machine. She provided useful information and confirmed my decision. She also advised me on a rechargeable battery, which, though out of stock, she promised to notify me when it is available.

I received the wrong item, totally my fault, Ashley was kind enough to schedule a refund, return, and ship me out the right hose that would hold my oxygen tube, and to fix my subscription at the same time. She didn’t even make me feel bad for it being my fault! I will say they have three different warm air tubes to order for Resmed Airsence 10, if you use oxygen, make sure you order the ClimateLineAirOxy. I have always had helpful people at CPAP.com WendyS

Erica is the customer service rep that I talked to. She was extremely friendly and professional. She clearly answered all of my questions. She was very pleasant to talk to and the product I needed was ordered and is already being shipped to my address.
