I have called CPAP.com a couple of times, and have had a positive experience each time. Someone always picks up the phone very promptly. They are knowledgeable about their products and work to provide accurate information. Most recently Charlsie was helpful and helped me with my order. Charlsie also provided an updated code that helped save on my order, which was very generous. Excellent customer each time!

I placed an order for my husband and emailed his prescription to cpap. I contacted them by text because I got an email saying they hadn't received the prescription. Erica was the rep try that helped me, she was quick to find the issue and gather in the info to fix it. The order was processed immediately and the order was on the way.
