Biggest issue is that they don't take any insurance, which is a pain. However two women in particular (Jessica and Crystal) went above and beyond with great customer service.

I had not used cpap.com due to being on ********. I just ordered my supplies and they got sent. When notice that the ***** *******had problems, I sought a solution. Due to the severity of my Apnea, my doctor recommended that I continue using my ??????***** *******???? until the problem got resolved. Nobody could answer when that might be.
