Hashbrowns did not taste good. They tasted as if flour was added and not cooked properly to remove flour starch taste. There was no cheese taste at all in the casserole...terrible! Evidently no one in the kitchen did a taste test.
The pot pie has no flavor and the chicken in it is terrible
The Homestyle Chicken n' French Toast bread was so small, it was like a child's portion and the chicken was like watery/ flavorless.
Bacon wasn't crispy. You are given the option to choose your bacon crispy or not, most of the time it's not well cooked. Two Buttermilk Pancakes breakfast was good.
Received dry bacon and a dry sausage patty which I DID not ask for either. I paid for sugar ham and received a triangle piece of what looked like old ham. This is my first time ordering here, it will probably be my last. Sticking to the pancakes only.
Momma said Cracker Barrel is like a box of chocolates: you never know what you're going to get. anytime we order from this store we consider it "Cracker Barrel Roulette" because you roll the dice on whether or not your order is correct. Every time I've ordered something new is missing. The food is okay. Much better in person.
The Stuffed Cheesecake Pancake Breakfast was good and the Buttermilk Biscuits were very tasty. You get a lot of biscuits, we have leftovers for tomorrow. I'm giving them two stars because I had to reorder this because they didn't deliver my full order the first time.
Steak tips over cooked and dry/grey. They didnt even separate the chunks when cooking.
My order except grits was COLD! Obviously the containers do not keep the food warm or hot or the food is not kept at serving temp at the restaurant. There was no delay in pickup or delivery from driver and restaurant is less than 1 mile from me. This is always a problem from this restaurant for any breakfast and most dinners.
